Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of blog.yammbo.com (the “Blog”), operated by Yammbo (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Blog you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Blog.

1. Purpose of the Blog

The Blog publishes articles, tutorials, and updates related to the Yammbo product ecosystem (Web, POS, Music, Flow, Bot, Store, and related services). Content is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Content generation

A significant portion of the content on this Blog is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence and is published through an automated pipeline. While we apply editorial controls to the workflow, individual posts may not be human-reviewed before publication. As a result:

  • Content may contain factual errors, outdated information, or imprecisions.
  • Code samples, configurations, and recommendations are provided as-is without warranty.
  • You should independently verify any information before acting on it, especially for technical, business, financial, or legal decisions.

3. License of published content

Unless otherwise stated, articles published on the Blog are licensed under Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0. You may share and adapt the content for non-commercial purposes provided you give appropriate credit and license your derivatives under the same terms.

The “Yammbo” name, logo, and all associated trademarks are not covered by the Creative Commons license and remain the exclusive property of Yammbo.

Software code embedded in posts is provided under the same license unless an alternative license is stated in the post.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Blog, you agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Blog or its underlying infrastructure
  • Submit automated requests at a rate that could disrupt service
  • Scrape the Blog at scale without prior written permission (RSS feed access is welcome)
  • Submit false or misleading information through the newsletter signup form
  • Attempt to bypass anti-bot challenges (Cloudflare Turnstile)
  • Use the Blog to distribute malware, illegal content, or harassing material

5. Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter via the footer signup form, you consent to receive periodic emails about new posts and Yammbo-related updates. Each email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Email handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may discontinue the newsletter at any time. Subscribers will be notified before any material change.

6. Third-party links and content

Posts may include links to external websites. Yammbo is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Blog is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Blog will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yammbo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Blog — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yammbo from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Blog.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the Blog. Continued use of the Blog after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Blog at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Blog or its users.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yammbo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
